Terry always takes care of me no matter how big a purchase I’m looking for or how small. She welcomes me into the store, notifies me of sales. Let me know when new merchandise is coming in that I might be interested in and is always keeping an eye out for products that I may want. It’s like having my own personal jeweler.

Mrs. Doris and the team was very helpful with helping me choose an engagement ring that wasin my budget. She had it ready in no time and I even got the free earrings. I thought they were gonna be some cheap knockoffs but they’re just as sparkly as the ring. Knowing that they can go up and down on ring size is a plus as well.

Robert Irwin Jewelers set me up!!! I came in with my soon-to-be fiancee to look at engagement rings. While looking at the display case, my salesperson Doris asked what type of cut we liked. She then went into the back and brought out the "perfect" ring. How would she know that? I have been hoodwinked! But seriously, I was impressed with Doris finding the right ring, and I got an incredible deal. Thanks for preparing me to make the special day perfect!
